Se taie ,carnea cubulete(eu am avut ,ceafa de porc)se caleste in ulei,ceapa tocata se adauga peste carne,se calesc putin impreuna,,fara sa se arda ceapa,se pune o lingura ,plina de faina,se amesteca,se stinge cu bulion,se adauga apa si se lasa la fiert,se mesteca din cand in cand ,sa nu se lipeasca ,faina de fundul cratitei.Dupa ce a fiert carnea ,se da gustul de sare si piper,sosul nu trebuie sa fie prea gros,se toaca usturoiul si patrunjelul,se pun peste sos,se mai dau doua clocote si sosul e gata.Macaroanele se fierb in apa cu sare,asa cum scrie pe pachet,se scurg de apa ,se pun intr-o forma de yena ( intr-o cratita ,tava ,ce are fiecare,)se pune sosul peste ele ,se amesteca si se dau la cuptor 10-15 minute,Se servesc calde,pofta buna.<br />

Am cumparat un pui ,de 1,5kg,o sticla de bere,care abia a rezistat asediului.Dupa ce s-a dezghetat puiul ,i-am facut frectie cu :ulei de masline ,sare ,delicat ,boia iute,piper,ceva buruieni,l-am lasat sa se odihneasca cateva ore .Am incalzit cuptorul ,am golit din sticla ,un pahar de bere,era prea insetat bucatarul,puiul nu a scapat asa cu una cu doua,am facut niste incizi in pielea de pe piept,unde am pus unt ,am pus puiul pe sticla cu bere,intr-o tava ,a stat in cuptor o ora jumate ,pana s-a rumenit frumos ,pana s-a prajit puiul ,am prajit cativa cartofi ,sa fie ca si garnitura,a fost o bomba calorica ,dar una delicioasa.<br />

Se taie carnea cubulete,se pune la fiert ,se ia spuma formata,se pune ceapa taiata cubulete.Legumele se curata ,se spala si se dau pe razatoarea mare,se calesc in putin ulei,dupa ce a fiert carnea ,se pun in oala,se continua fierberea pana ce fierb si legumele ,se da gustul de sare.Ouale se amesteca cu smantana si usturoiul,se lasa ciorba sa se odihneasca 5-10 minute,punem cu un polonic,ciorba peste oua ,putin cate putin,amestecand continu,cand am pus aproape toata zeama ,peste ouale cu smantana,o golim in oala peste carne ,fara sa o mai fierbem,presaram patrunjel si o servim cu ardei iute,<br />

Mod de preparare:<br />
Ouale se separa,galbenusurile se freaca cu sarea,se lasa deoparte,isi vor schimba culoarea,albusurile se bat spuma, cu zaharul,untul topit se pune peste galbenusuri ,apoi se adauga laptele,se adauga albusurile ,se amesteca cu o spatula,de jos in sus,se pune faina ,amestecata cu bicarbonatul ,se omogenizeaza ,va iesi un aluat mai gros ,decat la clatitele normale.<div>
Se coc in tigaia incinsa ,se pune aluat cu polonicul,cand s-au format gaurele ,clatita trebuie intoarsa ,vor fi foarte pufoase.Se servesc cu:miere,dulceata,etc.<br />

Am frecat untul cu zaharul pudra,am adaugat ouale unul cate unul,am adaugat faina ,lingura cu lingura ,trebuie sa fie un aluat ,moale si,nelipicios.Facem bilute mici ,din aluat ,am incalzit forma de nuci ,nu foarte tare,am uns cu putin ulei ,doar prima data ,am pus bilutele si le-am copt pana s-au rumenit usor cojile.Au iesit 140 de bucati ,la mine nu a trebuit curatate cojile .<br />
Am maruntit biscuiti bine ,bine ,am pus nuca macinata,cacaua ,zaharul si untul le-am topit in lapte fierbinte ,am amestecat pana am obtinut o crema,am umplut fiecare coaje cu aceasta crema,am lipit cate 2 jumatati ,sa se formeze o nuca,le-am pudrat cu zahar pudra.Trebuie sa stea cel putin 12 ore ,pana sa fie devorate ,se vor fragezi .Sunt delicioase si de efect.<br />

Se pune faina i,intrun lighean ,se face o groapa in mijloc ,se pune laptele caldut se amestecat cu drojdia ,zaharul ,galbenusul ,sarea ,uleiul si sarea ,se face un aluat ,se lasa la crescut,30 minute.<br />
Pentru umplutura se da varza pe razatoarea mare ,se freaca cu sare ,se taie o ceapa,marunt,se caleste in putin ulei,se adauga varza si se caleste pana se inmoaie bine ,se lasa la racit .<br />
Branza ,telemea ,se da pe razatoare .<br />
Se ia cate o bucata de aluat ,se intinde ,cu mana ,pe masa unsa cu ulei ,se pune umplutura in mijloc ,se strang marginile ,sa nu iasa umplutura ,se intinde iaras,se da o forma cat de cat rotunda si se prajeste in tigaie,pe o parte si pe cealalta.Pofta buna.<br />

Am facut un blat din 10 oua:am separat albusurile de galbenus,l-am batut cu putina sare ,apoi am adaugat 10 linguri de zahar,galbenusurile,10 linguri de ulei,am pus 10 linguri de faina ,cernuta,am omogenizat cu o paleta,am copt in cuptorul incins ,pana a trecut testul cu scobitoarea.Am lasat blatul ,pana a doua zi ,asa se poate lucra mai bine cu el.<br />
Pentru crema :am puus 6 galbenusuri ,12 linguri de zahar ,6 linguri zeama de portocala,am pus pe focul foarte mic ,amestecand tot timpul cu telul ,sa nu se prinda sau sa se afume,am lasat la racit ,temperatura camerei,am batut 500 ml de frisca si am pus putin cate putin ,crema in frisca.<br />
Am trecut la modelarea masini,am insiropat blatul cu apa cu zahar si zeama de portocala,am invelit in pasta de zahar si uite ce a iesit:<br />

Se pun intr-un castron ouale ,laptele ,uleiul se amesteca foarte bine cu telul pana se va topi zaharul,se adauga sarea si amoniacul stins cu otet ,adaugam faina lingura cu lingura ,se face un aluat nu prea tare,se fac 3 foi,care se coc pe dosul tavi,se lasa sa se raceasca.<br />
Crema ;se pune intr-o craticioara faina ,se adauga laptele incetul cu incetul,zaharul ,se fierbe pe foc pana se ingroase,se pune esenta de vanilie,se lasa se se raceasca si se adauga untul ,moale,cate o bucatica ,se mixeaza ,se adauga inca o bucatica ,pana se termina untul,va rezulta o crema foarte fina.<br />
Se pune o foaie ,se intinde crema ,apoi inca o foaie ,crema ,foaie ,deasupra se intinde un strat subtire de crema,se presara nuca de cocos .<br />

-2 plicuri budinca vanilie<br />
-700 ml lapte<br />
-400gr zahar pt. ars<br />
-3 albusuri <br />
Se aleg ouale ,se bat albusurile ,se pune apa putin cate putin ,in timp ce batem albusurile,adaugam zaharul ,galbenusurile ,se pune nuca ,apoi faina amestecata cu praful de copt.Se fac 3-4 foi (eu am facut 4)care se coc in tava pe hartie de copt,dupa ce s-a racit foile ,ardem zaharul si il punem fierbinte peste foi,asa facand doar dare pe fiecare foaie.Budinca se fierbe ,asa cum scrie pe pachet ,doar ca laptele e mai putin,se lasa sa se raceasca si se amesteca cu untul.Se pune crema pe fiecare foaie ,deasipra se pun albusurile batute pe baie de abur ,se orneaza cu nuca macinata ,sau ciocolata rasa .Este o prajitura destul de dulce ,dar deosebita.Pofta buna.<br />

MadalinaIn 14 ianuarie a fost ziua fetitei mele ,a implinit 11 ani ,pentru o zi asa importanta am facut un tort ,am tot vazut la fetele de pe net ca este foarte bun,am asteptat si eu o ocazie importanta ca sa il incerc,TORTUL CU TREI CIOCOLATE,a fost un tort delicios ,abia am apucat o bucatica .<br />
Am facut un blat din:<br />
-4 oua<br />
-4 linguri de zahar<br />
-4 linguri de faina<br />
-2 linguri de cacaua<br />
Pentru crema de ciocolata amaruie:<br />
-300gr. ciocolata amaruie<br />
-300ml. frisca lichida<br />
-un plic de gelatina<br />
Pentru crema de ciocolata cu lapte :<br />
-300gr. ciocolata cu lapte<br />
-300ml. frisca<br />
-un plic de gelatina<br />
Pentru crema de ciocolata alba:<br />
-300 gr. ciocolata alba<br />
-300 ml .frisca<br />
-un plic de gelatina.<br />
Pentru blat am separat ouale ,albusurile le-am batut spuma cu un praf de sare,am adaugat zaharul ,galbenusurile ,apoi faina amestecata cu cacaua,am copt blatul ,pana a trecut testul cu scobitoarea.<br />
Pentru crema :am pus gelatina in 100ml de apa la hidratat,ciocolata rupta bucati ,am pus putina frisca si am topit-o,dupa ca a fost topita bine ciocolata ,cat este inca fierbinte,am pus gelatina,am amestecat bine ,bine sa se dizolve .Dupa ce crema este la temperatura camerei se amesteca ,cu restul de frisca batuta bine.Daca aveti o forma de tort cu inel atunci puteti sa puneti blatul dedesupt insiropat cu ce doriti :compot ,sirop de zahar ,etc..Eu nu am o astfel de forma dreptunghiulara ,asa ca am pus folie in tava ,am pus crema de ciocolata amaruieam lasat la rece pana am facut urmatoarea crema de ciocolata cu lapte(in acelas fel ca si prima)am pus-o deasupra peste cealalta,am dat la le rece ,pana am facut si crema de ciocolata alba,pesate ultima crema am pus blatul insiropat cu compot de capsuni,am lasat peste noapte la rece,a doua zi am intors tortul pe un platou,am ornat cu frisca si trandafiri,a fost un tort deosebit.<br />

Am folosit:- 4 albusuri de ou,(care au ramas de la dresul unei ciorbe)<br />
-200 gr.zahar<br />
-un plic de budinca de vanilie<br />
-2 litri lapte<br />
Am batut bine albusurile ,am adaugat 100gr zahar,laptele l-am pus la fiert cu restul de zahar,am luat cu lingura de inghetata ,din albus si am pus mici bulgaras,in laptele care fierbe,dupa 1 minut i-am intors pe cealalta parte,am pus deoparte, pe un platou,bulgari de albus,dupa ce s-a terminat tot albusul ,am amestecat praful de budinca cu putin lapte rece,si l-am pus in oala in care am fiert bulgarasi,fiind o cantitate de lapte mai mare ,nu se va ingrosa ca la budinca ,se va forma un sos ,vom pune bulgarasi in sos si lasam sa se raceasca foarte bine.Nu va rezista foarte mult ,va disparea cat ai clipi.<br />

Am amestecat ingrdientele umede,pana ce s-a topit zaharul,apoi am adaugat faina cernuta si amestecata cu praful de copt si sarea.Am pus in formele de briose ,cosulete din hartie pentru briose(se gasesc la magazine si supermarket)am pus aluat ,cam 1/3 din forma ,am lasat sa se coaca ,pana ce s-au rumenit frumos ,ca sa fim sigure am facut testul cu scobitoarea,au fost delicioase ,pufoase si au disparut repede de pe platou.<br />
