Macaroane ,cu carne la cuptor

Aceste macaroane,ne-au marcat copilaria,le facea mama ,din cand in cand,atunci nu se gaseau ,macaroane ,carne ,doar ocazional.Acum le fac si eu, familiei mele .
Avem nevoie de:
-macaroane,(melcisori)
-carne
-blion
-faina
-sare
-piper
-usturoi
-patrunjel
-ceapa
Se taie ,carnea cubulete(eu am avut ,ceafa de porc)se caleste in ulei,ceapa tocata se adauga peste carne,se calesc putin impreuna,,fara sa se arda ceapa,se pune o lingura ,plina de faina,se amesteca,se stinge cu bulion,se adauga apa si se lasa la fiert,se mesteca din cand in cand ,sa nu se lipeasca ,faina de fundul cratitei.Dupa ce a fiert carnea ,se da gustul de sare si piper,sosul nu trebuie sa fie prea gros,se toaca usturoiul si patrunjelul,se pun peste sos,se mai dau doua clocote si sosul e gata.Macaroanele se fierb in apa cu sare,asa cum scrie pe pachet,se scurg de apa ,se pun intr-o forma de yena ( intr-o cratita ,tava ,ce are fiecare,)se pune sosul peste ele ,se amesteca si se dau la cuptor 10-15 minute,Se servesc calde,pofta buna.
